Agreement
We are very flexible in our relations with clients and we make them comfortable of their travel through out starting from their first contacting us till they land back after sacred Umrah.
While we are processing, we always keep in touch and update them about the progress of their Hajj and Umrah processing however, patience is required because sometime delays are expected due to government affairs, flight schedules, and the hotels booking as well. These are the things which are not in over control however what always inform our customers about the situations well before.
Visa Processing
We deal in eVisas and the Visa processing time is 24 to 48hrs only, however delays are expected from the government. Visa acceptance and rejection is Embassy’s decision so please understand whatever decision embassy makes.
Flight Bookings
We deal with best Airlines especially Saudi Airline, AirBlue, Serene, Flynass etc however it is something that we plan mutually with the client and availability of the seats in specific airline.
Flight schedule seldom change however, if it does, we need your cooperation and patience to remain flexible with date of travel.
Hotel Bookings
We deal generally with the star rating hotels and mostly with 3,4 and 5 star hotels. We always give booking vouchers as soon as we receive from hotels and these are confirmed and seldom change unless we ask for. However, we keep tracking of the booking status frequently to avoid and inconvenience to our clients and we ask the clients to do tracking too. In case of any cancellations or conflicts, we always stay with the client and make alternate arrangements instantly.
Ticketing
We generally deal with group tickets because they appear to be much cheaper and guarantees a economical package however, sometime the group couldn’t meet minimum number of bookings and hence we have to tie them up with other group of the nearest date. So be flexible again to avail this cheap package. Please note that group tickets are reservations that agencies make well before the special days or months like October to March, Ramadan etc and that’s why they fit well in package price. it is much expected that the tickets that you can get from any group are not available in an open booking due to rush at that time. So, better to be flexible with travel dates so you can travel with group at economical fare but with standard flyers like Saudi Airline.
Alternatively, you may pay extra to make an open booking for you instead of the group. Please note that the difference of flight fare can be as greater as double of the Umrah package price sometime. And it is also probable that the open seats are no longer available with that flyer except with the groups.
So, we recommend patience and cooperation with the flexible date of travel.
Payment Terms
We take all the payment upfront however, sometime before whatever phase we are processing for client. Like if it is flight bookings, so we take flight bookings payment first and then we give them tickets within minutes or hours. And the same goes with hotel bookings. However visa processing takes longer and that’s why we take payment advance and then apply for their visas.
